Privacy notice
This site collects little, and uses what it collects only to respond to you.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, organization, phone number, timing, and message you provide. It is delivered to the firm's principals by email and kept in the firm's records for the purpose of responding to you and, if you become a client, managing the engagement. It is not sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or added to a marketing list.
Site analytics. The site uses cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics that record aggregate page views and referrers. No personal identifiers are stored and no advertising cookies are set.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and operation of the site.
Third-party links
Links to LinkedIn, mattyhyatt.com, the Capitol Business Alliance, and map services take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Your rights
California residents may ask what information we hold about them and request its deletion. Email mhyatt.jd@capitolaxis.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
